RADIKO Returns & Refunds Policy (US Only)

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through the RADIKO online store for delivery within the United States only.


Flat-Rate Return Shipping

We offer a simple, flat-rate return shipping fee:

  • Flat-rate return charge: USD 20 per return parcel (US only)
    This fee is applied when you use our prepaid return label via our online returns/returns portal.


1. Standard Return Period (Online Orders)

For orders delivered within the United States:

  • Full-price items may be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the applicable return period has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • All original swing tags/labels attached.

  • If possible, in the original packaging (e.g. boxes, pouches, protective bags).

If an item is returned damaged, worn, altered, or in a condition that is not resalable, we may refuse the refund or apply a partial refund.

This does not affect any rights you may have in relation to faulty or misdescribed products under applicable consumer laws.


3. How to Start a Return (Online Orders)

We do not place a printed returns label in your parcel. To start a return:

  1. Go to our online returns/returns portal (for example, via the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our website).

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and choose a reason for return.

  4. Confirm your return and pay the flat-rate return shipping fee of USD 20.

  5. Download and print your prepaid return label and attach it securely to your parcel.

  6. Drop off your parcel at the designated carrier location or follow the instructions provided in the portal.

If you are unable to print a label, please contact us and we will help arrange an alternative option where possible.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days from the time your return reaches our warehouse for it to be processed.

  • After the refund has been issued, it may take up to 5 working days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that:

  • The flat-rate return shipping fee (USD 20) is non-refundable, except where we have sent an incorrect or faulty item.

  • Original shipping charges at checkout are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges via our returns portal.

If you would like a different size, color, or product:

  1. Place a new order through the RADIKO online store for the item you want.

  2. Return the original item in accordance with this policy for a refund.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  1. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where helpful.

  2. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we may provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs where required.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after we’ve confirmed it has been processed:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
